Reservations

To reserve space in Winston House, please follow these instructions.

1. Read the Use Policy for Winston House.
2. What kind of user are you? If you are planning a single event in Winston House, to take place over the course of a day or a weekend, you are and Event User. If you plan to rent office and classroom space for a longer stay, you are a Residency User. Please use the appropriate form when making your reservation request.
3. Check space availability by consulting the calendar for each space (links will open a new window):
   • LG-01 Media Room/Classroom (Lower Ground Floor)
   • LG-03 Student Reading Room & Computer Lab (Lower Ground Floor)
   • G-10 Classroom (Ground floor)
   • 101 Seminar Room (First Floor)
   • 102 Seminar Room (First Floor)
   • Seminar Rooms 101 & 102 (First Floor)
   • 201 Faculty Office (Second Floor)
   • 202 Faculty Office (Second Floor)
   • 203 Classroom (Second Floor)
   • Faculty Residence
4. If the space you wish to reserve appears to be available, please complete the one of the following two forms. You may access the appropriate form by clicking on the link:
   • Event reservation: single day or weekend reservation
   • Residency Reservation: long-term (one week or longer) reservation
   • Faculty Flat Request
